"They replaced my front door and installed a new lock and hardware," Elliott says. "The crew was scheduled to show up between 8 and 8:30 a.m. Now, with a lot of places that would mean you might see somebody by 9 a.m., but not these guys. They were here at 8 and ready to go. I'd definitely use United again."
