COMPLAINT: Prakash Patel, Smyrna, Ga.
"I hired Veterans Roofing & Construction LLC of Acworth [Ga.] to make repairs to my roof, siding, gutters and deck. The agreed price for all repairs was $12,000, and I paid my first installment of $5,000. They installed the new roof and called me a few months later, saying they were ready to complete the siding.
"They asked for an additional $3,500 for materials, which I paid. They have failed to show. There have been plenty of excuses for the delays. I have contacted the office to no avail and have been unable to get in touch with anyone."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like them to complete the siding, gutters and deck repairs within our agreed total price as soon as possible."
