Description of work "I take my two cats to TLC Cat Clinic. One of my kitties, 3-year-old Alice, had end-stage kidney failure, but after she was treated, she was still nauseated, wouldn't eat, and slept and threw up a lot, among other things. I called TLC Cat Clinic to schedule her to be put to sleep."

Member's comments "Kathy [Lovaas, the veterinarian] had given me a nudge to do this for my kitty, but never said 'If I were you,' or 'You should do this.' But I needed to be told how much pain my cat was in in order to do the right thing. Kathy's co-worker [veterinarian Serina Hellerson] explained all that would happen and answered my questions - even my silly ones. I cried a lot, but [the euthanization] was very peaceful and humanely done. I never thought this would be a 'submit a report' thing, but I'm just in love with the TLC Cat Clinic and all that they do for me and my beloved pets!"
