Member comments "My garage door was extremely difficult to open. One sunny afternoon, I entered the garage and closed the garage door behind me, hoping to troubleshoot the problem myself. I unlocked the door from the inside, but I was unable to raise the door more than 2 or 3 inches - definitely not enough to escape. What a nightmare! I looked around for a massive object I could hurl against the door to break it. Finally, an adrenaline-induced push got it open. Resolving to never open it again without professional help, I found a top-rated company. In the same time it took me to bake a loaf of my famous Italian Parmesan bread for him, Jeff [McNeir], the installer, installed a brand-new garage door!"
