Tree service allegedly leaves work and tools behind
COMPLAINT: Elena Fournier, Valrico, Fla.
"I hired Coast to Coast Tree Service & Stump Grinding to do some tree trimming, demossing, sand packing and deep-root fertilization. They did a great job at first, but never returned to finish the work. They haven't responded to numerous phone calls. They assured us they were licensed, bonded and insured for $1 million, but when my homeowner's association inquired, they found out the license and insurance had lapsed."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want Coast to Coast to complete the work they were paid to do and pick up the tools they left in my yard."
