COMPLAINT: Jennifer Cox, Houston
"I hired Expert Tree Service to remove three trees from my yard, grind two of the stumps and trim a tree. Although I paid in advance, they haven't ground the stumps or trimmed the tree.
"I've called multiple times, and they always say they'll return to finish the work, but never do. Now they've quit answering their phone."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like Expert Tree Service to complete the work or provide a refund equal to the amount I will have to pay another company to perform the same work."
