Burgess Flooring went a step above installing tile on the floor and backsplash for Cindy Nelson's two bathrooms and a walk-in shower. "He came when expected, cleaned up his tools and work area, and was extremely responsive to any concerns I voiced. Upon completion, I noticed one area of tile slightly raised, and he immediately returned to fix it, even though I had already paid him the full amount," Nelson says.
