Third time's a charm for San Jose bathroom remodel
COMPLAINT: Lina Sujo, Sunnyvale, Calif.
"I hired American Kitchen and Bath - Bathrooms by Hans of San Jose to remodel my master bathroom. It was unfinished and has not been used since as a result of the poor work, which included incorrect coloring in the grout and damage to my dressers by one of their employees. They installed the wrong tiles twice and other errors."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the owner [Johans Wartenbergh] to pay for the third-party contractors we hired to complete the shower grout, and tile, and refinish the damaged dresser."
STATUS: Resolved
