Tension rises over garage door spring system
COMPLAINT: Catherine Gonzalez, South Euclid, Ohio
"Smooth Door in South Euclid replaced the tension spring system on my garage door. It went seemed to go well, however, the garage door started doing the same thing it did before [they replaced the springs]. Now I can't open the door at all, or it just goes up and down. I have a one-year guarantee on the work, but Smooth Door's teletelephone number is disconnected."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to come back and fix it."
