“I hired W.H. Baker Construction to sand, stain and varnish my front door to a glossy finish, then mount it and install hardware.
"When they delivered the door, it was full of runs and wrinkly finish. [Owner William] Baker convinced me to have it mounted and told me he’d send someone to fix it.
"Once they mounted it, light was shining through the edges. The person he sent out to fix the door didn’t do a good job on the finish and didn’t have time to work on the edges.
"I’ve made plenty of calls, but they haven’t sent anyone else out to fix the finish and edges.”
DESIRED RESOLUTION: “I would like them to either finish the job correctly or give me a full refund.”
