Kitchen mix-up
COMPLAINT: Rodrigo Gomez, Tampa, Fla.
"I hired Italian Cucine to design my kitchen and provide cabinets. The overall experience was terrible. They didn't deliver what they promised. The cabinet design, building and was supposed to take four to five months and it's still not finished after one year. They stopped working on the project."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to replace the cabinet with the proper color and refund my $1,500."

"I hired TVR Service to repair my television. They gave me a quote and said they needed $273 to get started. I waited weeks for them to come back but didn't hear anything. I began calling to see why they haven't done the work. They won't answer or return my calls."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want my TV fixed or a refund."
