Everything (except alterations) is always done the next day. I can get clothes done on the same day if I ask and bring them in early enough.

"As I was driving away after dropping off my shirts the other day, Debbie [Liles, assistant manager] ran out to give me a $5 bill I'd left in a pocket! Wow! While they are completely computerized, the employees have an internal, informal competition to remember people's names, phone numbers and starch preferences. Dimple always remembers.
