"My skylight was leaking into the living room, so I had the seal replaced by VSR Siding & Roofing. Afterward, I discovered VSR had simply put some caulk around the skylight, which completely came off and did nothing to protect it from water.
"The situation became urgent as it was raining, and the leak was progressing. I had to hire another person to fix the problem."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "VSR Siding & Roofing should return my payment of $500."
STATUS: Penalty Box
