Stump grinding grates nerves of unhappy customer
COMPLAINT: Mario Pasella, Woodinville, Wash.
"During a windstorm, one trunk of a very large three-trunk elm tree fell, damaging my house. After its removal from the lawn, I hired Aadams Tree Service of Woodinville to cut down the two remaining trunks. In the estimate, they clearly indicated that stumps are ground 4 to 6 inches below ground level. However, after the removal of the shavings from the stump grinding, it was evident that a good portion was still in place. After calling several times, I've heard no word from Aadams. Because of the failure to complete the work, the renovation of my lawn has not occurred yet."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "Aadams Tree Service must complete the grinding of the stump and give me an explanation."
