Jack Soule says owner John Smoak arrived within 45 minutes when he called to replace a faulty door handle.
"He was able to get it open after a bit of prodding," Soule says. "He could have easily told me I needed to replace the entire system, but instead replaced only the necessary parts. The $50 charge was very reasonable considering his quick response."
