What services do you offer?
Chef Molly Wyss: "I offer personal chef services and small catering services, such as business luncheons, dinner parties, wedding showers, baby showers, etc."
Jules Karagiannis: "Dinner parties of two to 30 people in your home."
Chef Lauren McCabe: "In-home culinary services, including weekly meal preparations, formal dinner parties and culinary demonstrations and instruction."
Will you prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner?
Wyss: "I'll prepare any meal that my clients request. I've even prepared snacks for my clients to eat between meals."
Karagiannis: "Just dinner."
McCabe: "Mostly dinner, but I can work in other meals as well."
How do you charge for your services?
Wyss: "I have basic packages that my clients can choose from and if none of the packages meet their needs, I'll customize a package that fits what they want."
Karagiannis: "On average, a dinner, which includes a number of appetizers, salad, fresh seasonal vegetable and entrée, runs about $65 per person."
McCabe: "Prices range by menu but they can be estimated at $225 per event or weekly cook-date."
Do you have a set menu?
Wyss: "I have a very extensive menu my clients choose from week to week, but a few of my clients prefer to create their menu themselves."
Karagiannis: "We offer suggestions, but we don't have a set menu."
McCabe: "I prefer to work with the client to develop each menu for them."
Will you cater to people's dietary needs?
Wyss: "Most definitely. We can do low fat, low sodium, low sugar, wheat and gluten free, and South Beach or Atkins diets."
Karagiannis: "We attempt to cater to any special needs."
McCabe: "Yes."
What's one spice or ingredient you couldn't live without and why?
Wyss: "I love fresh garlic. It adds so much flavor!"
Karagiannis: "Pepper and a smile!"
McCabe: "Sea salt. Just a pinch brings out the natural flavors of seasonal goodness!"
