COMPLAINT: Miguel Azua, Alexandria, Va.
"I hired Connor's Pest Protection of Springfield, Va., to treat three insect infestations in my home. I signed a one-year pest management agreement. I was dissatisfied with Connor's response rate and contacted them to cancel and request a refund. I haven't received a refund."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a refund of the unused portion of my contract."
STATUS: Resolved
Editor's Note: Azua informed Angie's List that he talked to a manager at Connor's Pest Protection, who agreed to issue a refund, which he later received.
