Snow removal contractor refunds fee to Troy man

COMPLAINT: James Kulpa, Troy

I paid The Snow Guys Enterprises Inc. $320 for snow removal and they never showed up. I left voicemail messages and sent a certified letter asking for my money back. Someone at Snow Guys signed for the letter.

DESIRED RESOLUTION: I'd like them to refund my $320.
