Sleepless nights attributed to heating unit installation
COMPLAINT: Jill Broyles, Hamilton, Ohio
"Inloes Heating & Cooling of Hamilton installed a new ultra high-efficiency dual-fuel heat pump, furnace, air cleaner and thermostat from Lennox. Both Lennox and Inloes claim these units are the quietest on the market. From the first moment it began to operate, my wife could not sleep due to the vibration.
"We contacted Inloes immediately and they tried to fix the problem, but their solutions never worked. Lennox inspected the unit and determined it was operating normally but the installation was causing the vibration. Inloes refused to reinstall it correctly unless I paid them $1,000."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want Inloes to reimburse me the $360 I paid another company to fix the problem."
