Description of work: "I contracted New Albany Tile to repair shower floor tiles. The shower floor was installed by another contractor incorrectly and wouldn't drain properly. Joe Gibson [the owner] was extremely detailed with his suggestions to test the shower plumbing before he would complete the new tile installation. This test revealed that additional plumbing was required. After he contained and repaired the leak, Joe reinstalled the floor tiles."
