COMPLAINT: Lori Dilauro, Copley, Ohio
"I hired Total Water Systems to perform a well and septic inspection for a home I was buying. They couldn't locate the septic tank(s) but looked at the well tank and water softener in the basement, the lift station and the chlorinator.
"They also identified the well head. They performed a water flow test for 40 minutes instead of the normal 20 because the only working faucets were in the master bathroom.
"I'm not quite sure what the septic inspection was since they couldn't locate the tanks. I paid $100 for a well inspection and $150 for a septic inspection. I didn't get my water test results. When I contact them, they hang up.
"They later told me they couldn't find the results and would redo the test. They did send someone's water in for testing, and I received those results days later."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a $150 refund."
STATUS: Penalty Box
