"Damatra Roof Service gave me a $434 quote for a roof cleaning job that was supposed to include a free $300 grocery certificate.

"Afterward, my roof didn't look any different, except the moss was gone. They said it would take 6 months for the treatment to settle.

"There's still no sign of change. When I got the grocery coupon, I had to register it online. There were tons of strings attached to this 'deal.'

"I would have to save $100 in receipts, sending them in once a month for a $25 gift card. After 6 months, I would have my $300.

"When I get to the last step of printing my vouchers online, it wouldn't let me, because the coupon company is filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and is no longer giving out redemptions.

"When I call the roofing company, the owner is not available."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a refund of $300 for not providing what I was told would come along with my roofing package."
