Salt Lake City contractor
Ideal Homes Development gave James Wechsler's bathroom a whole new look by removing the old plaster walls and installing new fixtures, lights, ceramic and porcelain tile, and a medicine cabinet. "The project went as close to 'like clockwork' as one has any right to expect," Wechsler says. "Each subcontractor appeared on time. Al [Lisonbee, the owner] did significant portions of the work himself and kept tabs on everyone else. The project did come in $250 higher than the original estimate, but that was because of a problem that wasn't apparent until the walls were removed. Al has a terrific manner, and when one of the subcontractors made an error, Al saw that it was fixed immediately."
