R&T air conditioning disappoints San Antonio homeowner
COMPLAINT: Kenith Smith, Schertz
R&T Air Conditioning installed a new HVAC system that does not work properly. They promised several times to come back and correct the problems but never showed up. I had to spend $4,000 to hire another company to finish the work.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I would like them to refund the $4,000.
