COMPLAINT: Janet Hyland, Dublin, Ohio

"On The Mark Roofing in Columbus [Ohio] replaced my roof in 2008. After some ice storms, water leaked down and pooled in the ceiling above my kitchen. Now there's a large hole in the ceiling. I contacted them shortly after this occurred and they sent someone out to inspect the roof. The person they sent claimed there was nothing wrong with the roofing, so I had another roofer come out and inspect the work. That roofer found several incomplete items that were included in the original contract with On The Mark. I've tried for several weeks to contact them, leaving numerous messages and sending an e-mail. They returned one call several weeks ago promising to call back once they checked their calendar."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to complete the roof as per the contract and repair the hole in the kitchen ceiling."

STATUS: Resolved
