Roofing job is leaking in Fort Lauderdale, owner says
COMPLAINT: Carlos F. Alicea, Fort Lauderdale
I hired American Quality Roofing, Hollywood, to replace a flat and a sloped roof. I paid them in full, but they didn't finish putting the wood around the edges.
Also, they created holes in the ceiling. The roof is leaking in buckets, and they haven't sent anyone out.
The flat roof is ponding, causing a leak between it and the sloped roof.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want them to fix the roof and repair the ceiling and wall damage caused by the leaking water.
