A free estimate can be hard to come by, so Kay Kim was happy to find Coleman's Plumbing Inc.

"My parents are elderly and needed some plumbing work done," Kim says. "I called around for them to get some estimates. Some didn't call me back right away; some wanted to charge hefty fees just to get an estimate.

"Then there was Mark Coleman. He's a very nice gentleman - one of the few who had no problems giving a free estimate. His quote was lower than the others. I'm finding other places are charging hidden fees, but Mr. Coleman didn't. He was very courteous and prompt. I liked how he put shoe covers on when he came into the house. He's easy to communicate with because he used email and messaging. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of work."
