A broken dryer belt didn't leave Catherine Wachs high and dry. She called repairman Frank Powers on a Sunday, and he came the next morning.
"He knew what the problem was right away – a new belt was needed for the drum," Wachs says. "He's an old-school serious repair guy. He changed the belt and I was able to use the dryer within 20 minutes of his arrival."
