COMPLAINT: Ranga Ramamoorthy, Maple Grove, Minn.
"I hired Todd Chenoweth, doing business as Superior Home Improvements, for some remodeling work in my house. He quoted $1,290 for the entire job. I paid him two $300 advances.
"Two days after the second advance, he stopped showing up for work. Since then, he hasn't returned phone calls. He completed $360 in work and received $600 in return."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a $240 refund."
