Refund requested after refrigerator repair
COMPLAINT: Alexandra Mitch, Houston
"I hired Moore Appliance Services of Houston to repair a refrigerator water pump. I gave him the product numbers and asked him to have all parts with him. When he showed up, he didn't have the parts. He told me he would have to order them and made me pay a $165 deposit. When I called him, he said the parts were delayed. We scheduled a date for him to make the repairs, but he never showed up."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want the $165 refunded.
