Recycled glass countertop in Austin
"My wife and I needed to renovate our kitchen, and we committed to using as many recycled or reused products as we could find," Tomlinson says. "Using recycled glass countertops seemed like a natural choice. When we looked at samples, we were blown away by the variety and the beauty."
"The glass is recouped from recycling centers and mixed with concrete," Farris says. "Once hardened, the slabs are shipped to us, and we cut out the pieces that make up any surface our clients want. It's heat-resistant, stain-resistant, scratch-resistant and extremely durable. People love it."

Member Comments "Chris [Farris, the owner and operator] was an amazing resource from beginning to end. His understanding of my needs and the materials he was working with made this the easiest part of the kitchen remodel. He also has a tremendous sense of style and integrity. He recommended color combinations and even came by my house on Christmas Eve to share a sample. He personally supervised the installation and made sure every bit of stone I purchased was used to make the most beautiful kitchen possible. He's a real winner if you're lucky enough to get him on your project."
