Problems arise over the start of ignition repair
COMPLAINT: Sharon Leonhardt, Milwaukie, Ore.
"I took my truck to A Better Sound of Milwaukie, which was supposed to repair the ignition on my Chevy S-10 pickup that day. After waiting for more than four hours, I was told I should leave my vehicle and that it would be done the next day. Almost two months later, my truck is still there. The repair isn't done, and I don't have my truck back. I have made several calls and have had to borrow vehicles in the meantime. This is unacceptable."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want reimbursement for money paid to use another vehicle for the two months they had my truck."
