What services do you offer?
Mary Lowrey: "Trophies, engravings, plaques, glass and regular column trophies, pyramid trophies, picture frames. We do the insides of wedding rings."
Christine Jones: "Trophies, plaques - all the recognition [items] - and individual or customized pieces of glass. We engrave anything. We do screen printing and have dabbled with embroidery."
Nicole Smith: "Engraving, embroidery, screen printing, glass-etching, custom parts - we do it all."
What's your most popular service?
Mary Lowrey: "Engraving for brides and grooms."
Christine Jones: "Right now, I'd say we probably do more plaques and trophies."
Nicole Smith: "Embroidery and engraving."
What options do people have when choosing a trophy?
Mary Lowrey: "We have different colors and sizes."
Christine Jones: "There are different figures to choose from, the accents are gold or silver, and the columns come in at least six colors and hundreds of styles."
Nicole Smith: "They're all customized. You can pick the base, columns and figures - it's build your own, basically."
What are some of the options for figures on top of trophies?
Mary Lowrey: "We have anything anybody else has access to. Most of the time, if it's necessary, we'll get an overnight delivery."
Christine Jones: "You can find things from animals to car figurines to a variety of sports. We even have outhouses."
Nicole Smith: "We have anything and everything."
How do you charge for trophies?
Mary Lowrey: "By the job. If they have a logo, there's a one-time $50 fee, and they can use it for three years. It's probably about $7.50 to $10 per trophy for a kids' team trophy."
Christine Jones: "By material. We don't charge for engraving at all. My average ticket for a trophy order is about $135 for trophies for a small sports team. The average price for a trophy is $10."
Nicole Smith: "It's combination of parts and shipping - everything's custom. They can cost from $5 to $500."
How far in advance should people place their order?
Mary Lowrey: "If it's glass, three to five days. If it's metal, we can probably get it out in one day, if we're not busy."
Christine Jones: "We're pretty quick. I'd say three days is probably average."
Nicole Smith: "Five to seven days."
