"[The rats] get under the deck and cause lots of damage," Dolan says. "They chew up your insulation and decking. When I caught them, I had to get the insulation replaced, and they had to clean with Clorox."

Description of work "Joe [Daley, the co-owner] gave me an estimate for getting rid of rats in my backyard and under my deck. He and his son, Matt [Daley, the co-owner], placed traps with peanut butter, but when they returned the next week to check their box traps, my dog had moved them, chewed them and interrupted the process. Joe took the box traps, screwed them to cement blocks and brought them back. The dog left them alone when he couldn't move them. Joe caught the rats and disposed of them over the next month."
