Portland member claims shuttle ride cost doubled

COMPLAINT: Jon Springer, Portland, Ore.
"I had booked PDX Shuttle Portland online to shuttle me from my home to the airport, indicating I would pay in cash. I had this confirmed in an e-mail and a phone message. First, they were a half an hour late. I paid the guy in cash. In my hurry to catch my plane, I requested no receipt and none was offered. While I was away, they charged the same amount to my credit card. I've left four messages, and no one has called me back. I e-mailed them twice and told them this needed to be corrected, and I never got a response."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to credit my card with $49 or provide me the cash."
