"Econofence & Deck was to build a gate to fence off my small side yard, build self-closing mechanisms on two existing gates, and finish the fence on the side of the property.
"They seemed reasonable when they gave me an estimate, and they thoroughly explained the work and the costs involved. They promised to start work on a Friday, then called that day to say their truck wouldn't start. No problem — they said they'd come on Monday, but they didn't. They came on Tuesday but didn't finish the job.
"The fence by the side yard doesn't close correctly. The self-closing mechanism on one gate doesn't work, and the second was never installed. I've made several phone calls and have gotten no response."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to retrofit the gate they were supposed to install and fix the other gate that doesn't work."
STATUS: Penalty Box
