"I was going out of town for Thanksgiving and was anxious about leaving my seven cats alone. In the past, a friend would come over and check on my pets, but my friend had moved to Illinois. I found Lori [Lacell, the owner] on Angie's List, and all of our dealings were professional and timely.

"She came to my home so I could interview her and walk her through my pets' routines. I was gone for four days, and Lori called me every day after her visits to my beloved companions."

She'd swept and vacuumed the floors so that my house looked as clean as when I left. My newspapers were neatly piled on the kitchen counter.
