"I hired Master Crafters Inc. to repaint my wooden front porch and steps. After the first big snowmelt, I noticed the paint was beginning to peel.
"When a representative finally came out to look at the porch, he told me he paid $50 for the gallon of paint he used on it and that the issue was not his fault, because I used a product on the porch to melt the ice.
"I have used this product on my porch for 30 years, and this has never happened before."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like exact information about the products the rep at Master used, including the source, labels, identification numbers and cost. I would also like a written apology from the company for the way I was treated."
