Poor porch resurfacing reason for refund request
COMPLAINT: Bob and Shirley Phillips, Santa Rosa, Calif.
"We hired White Concrete of Olathe [Kan.] to resurface our front porch for cosmetic purposes [when we lived in Stilwell, Kan.]. Within a day, a white powder appeared on the surface, and the resurfacing material has continued to come loose. We contacted owner David White, who agreed to refund the entire cost but has not done so. According to the contract we signed, all resurfacing work is guaranteed for one year."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "We want a full refund of $875.55."
