Failed to respond to Jim Costello's request for a $235 refund for pre-paid TV repairs that he says didn't work properly.

"3 in 1 Bathtub & Kitchen Refinishing Co. refinished my kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bathtub. The work looks great, but my interactions with the company didn't inspire much confidence.
"I needed to have a non-slip surface in the tub for my toddler; however, the option was never presented beforehand. Instead, I was told I couldn't install my own, since suction cups and adhesives would hurt the surface. The recommendation was to use a towel.
"They are now telling me I need to pay more money to have an option that I should have been offered previously."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "It will cost the company $75 in labor and materials to refinish my tub with a non-skid surface. I would like to split the cost with the company."

"After we refinished her tub, the member realized the bottom is slippery when wet. For that, we offer a non-skid bottom.
"To her frustration, our company failed to offer her the product at the time of the service. Due to that fact, we offered to install it for her at a discount of $75 down from $125, which is enough to pay for our worker and materials used."
