Plumber's patience proves pleasing to customer

Tom Bruce says he's pleased by his plumber's patience. "I couldn't get my whole-house water filter unscrewed," Bruce says. "Danny [Phillips] arrived and was surprised at how tight it was. There was an air lock in the system, so he had to try a few things to release the air, but eventually it gave and he changed the filter. His work is always top-notch and well thought out."
