"Heffner Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater and low-temperature vent pipe," says Daniel McMillen of Greenwood, Ind. "Our old tank water heater started leaking out the bottom. Mr. [David] Heffner was very responsive, and he even got on Skype to talk over the details with me while I was in Afghanistan. They did the installation quickly, and cleaned up the mess.

"Since the installation eight months ago, the tankless water heater has reduced our gas usage each month and our bills have stayed about the same or reduced slightly due to gas price increases. Since the tankless heater is much smaller, we also have a lot more room to maneuver in our utility closet."

Nice to read a hopeful story! Could you do an article about costs of this water heater or refer me to an article you have already done? Thanks.

Hi Barbara! Here's an article we did about the pros and cons of going tankless: http://magazine.angieslist.com/water-heaters/articles/tankless-water-heaters.aspx
