Myrne Larsen's expansion water tank sprung a leak when she was out of state.

"The plumber met my tenant the next morning and went to work," Larsen says. "In testing his work, he discovered the hot water tank drainage was discharging very rusty, brown water. He called me with a detailed summary of the work, along with the estimated cost. Within a few hours, a new expansion tank, hot water tank and earthquake straps were installed."
