Plumber keeps customer out of hot water

Mona Lisa Spirko called two different plumbers when her hot water tank started leaking, and Carr got the nod because they were willing to bring a new tank with them. "I was scheduled to leave the next morning to attend my son's Army graduation, so I wanted this taken care of as soon as possible," Spirko says. "By that afternoon, I had a new tank and hot water, and they'd hauled the old one away."
