"We purchased the Circus Jungle Gym from Pete DeLois' Recreations Outlet of Powell, Ohio. They installed the set in our backyard, but we realized the color of the unit was not what we had ordered.

"They said they didn't have the other color on the truck. We called the store, and they told us someone would replace the green items with the multicolored ones. We also noticed that there were bolts missing from the grips on the climbing wall.

"Overall, we love the playset but are upset that we can't get resolution. We paid a lot of money for this and have not gotten what we ordered."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "We want speedy replacement of the wrong colored items, as well as replacement of the missing bolts."
