Pittsburgh salon gives 'worst cut I've ever gotten'

"I went to Spa Uptown of Pittsburgh for a haircut and showed them a magazine photo of how I wanted it. They proceeded to literally chop off my hair. The cut looked nothing like the photo I showed him. This is the absolute worst cut I've ever gotten. I went from a long bob to short, layered hair, and the layers do not blend. I've contacted the salon every day since the cut and no one has called me back."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want my credit card to be reimbursed for the cost of the haircut."
