Jodi Affuso's iced up gutters caused a leaky situation.
"The leaking roof brought down the ceiling in my entryway," Affuso says. "Despite heavy snowstorms, [Mark] O'Rourke was at our house before others could give us a day when they might be back to work. Even our insurance agent was surprised that we got someone so quickly!"
