Pittsburgh landscaper fails to grind stump

"Johnny Mock Auto Body repaired my 2003 Passat that was rear-ended. It took them four weeks, and they didn't clear coat or completely paint the hatch, repaint the edges of the doors and trim or properly rehang the doors.

Didn't reply to Mary Zoller's request for reimbursement for three rugs she says weren't auctioned properly. Third month in the box.

Hasn't responded to Beverly Gertz's request for them to redirect the sump pump so water doesn't get into her basement. Second month in the box.
Done Right Roofing & Remodeling
Didn't address Jennifer Degruttola's complaint about cashing a deposit for roof repairs but not doing the work. Second month in the box.
Also, the moldings and trim weren't flush; the seats and interior trim were out of alignment; and a rear seatbelt didn't operate properly. One week later, they supposedly finished the repairs, but the driver's seatbelt didn't work and the passenger door lock was malfunctioning.
While I was driving home from the shop, the rear window stopped working, so I went back to the shop. Eight months later, the window malfunctioned again.
They repaired it, but my car door's molding strip was also damaged, and they won't cover this even though it's under warranty."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like the shop to replace the damaged door molding."

"We hired Blystone Tree & Landscaping for stump grinding in our yard, and we paid in full after the initial visit.
They did about half of the work and said they'd return to finish later. I've made several attempts to contact the company, and they're unresponsive to my calls."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "We want them to promptly complete the work."

"I finished the original job. Removing the stump was an add-on. My machine couldn't do the work.
I told them I would have to rent a different machine, but that it was going to cost more. I never heard back from them.
They never said they were willing to have the job done for the price I gave them."
