"I contacted McDaniel Plumbing in Pickerington regarding a leak coming from my basement's ceiling. Without checking where the leak was, Kevin McDaniel [the owner] assumed it was the wax ring and installed a new one. I later showed him where I wanted a utility sink installed in the basement and while we were down there, we noticed the ceiling was still leaking and a copper pipe was split.

"He later replaced the pipe, but there's still a leak. I've tried to call him, but he won't return my calls. My invoice states there is a one-year guarantee for the work, but he hasn't even given me the courtesy of a return phone call."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I ask that Mr. McDaniel honor the warranty for his work and fix the leak in my basement."
