David Dummer's confidence in co-owner Chris Grillo paid off.

"His company tore out and rebuilt a poorly designed and leaking tile and glass shower enclosure; repaired several cracked floor tiles in the living room; replaced broken skirting for the granite countertop in the kitchen; and regrouted tiled areas throughout the house," Dummer says. "The shower enclosure was complicated; Chris took the time to show and explain to me how the original installation had been done inadequately and resulted in the leakage.

"He offered a detailed quote, with pictures from other jobs. His explanations were detailed enough for me to talk more intelligently with subsequent contractors.
